Our collective experience means for over 20 years, we've successfully coached dating, engaged, and married couples to create joyful marriages that last.
We started Love and Life based on our own story.
After dating on and off for two years, we entered marriage facing early challenges rooted in our cultural differences.
Those struggles ultimately became an invitation to slow down, truly explore one another’s backgrounds, and grow in understanding and acceptance—strengthening the foundation of our marriage along the way.
We know most couples assume they’ll “figure it out as they go.”
But what we’ve seen—over and over again—is that clarity before the wedding creates peace that lasts.

What if we already did premarital counseling?
If you’ve already completed premarital counseling, that’s great—this session doesn’t replace it, it builds on it. What if we’re nervous to talk about money/family?
